okie..time for an update on me!!! i finally went to straighten my hair last sat!!! yippie!!!! not rebondin..it's actually known as soft straight..de effect is dat it wun result in my hair lookin like a waterfall..erm..u koe lah..too straight lah..it's more natural..de most imp thingy is dat i no longer had to use my straightener every mornin to clamp my hair le!!! woohoo!!! dis means i save abt 5 to 10mins of my time while preparin for work lah..which means i can get another extra10mins of beauty zzz everyday..wahahaa..luv my hair now!!! =)

but de process of gettin it done is terrible..had to sit in de salon for abt 4plus hrs..sit until but numb le..haha..anyway, did some shoppin after dat wif min & piggy..manage to get 2 tops: a simple pink polo-like tee & a simple purple victorian-style blouse..wanna get all my cny shoppin done on de same day but was too tired le..oh well..mayb one of dis wkend go n hunt for another top or wat lah..


wanna blog abt some stuff dat happen in de office too..i was damn pissed off when i realise dat 2 of de staff tender their resignation dis wk..we were all shock dat they resign..ok..we expected dat comin from de 23 yr old malaysian ger..she had initially asked my dad to help her apply for a PR last fri..my dad, being suspicious of her intention, agree to do so if only she would sign a contract to bind herself for at least another yr..she say she will consider, but handed in her resignation instead dis wed....

as for de 36 yr old guy, he handed in his resignation on mon..dad had a long talk wif him, n realise is becoz of de financial aspect..so dad decided to give him an offer as an audit supervisor, but stated dat he too hv to bind himself to de company for another yr..he say he will consider, but handed in his resignation letter on wed.....

it doesn't tk a genius to understand dat both of them had planned all dis way be4 hand..not only them, but we suspect de remainin 2 audit staff too..come to think of it, they had been havin all dis small meetings last yr, but they shut up whenever my bro, aunt or myself walk pass them..in dis field, we kinda expected high labour turnover..but not dis fast.......they only had worked in de Co. for a yr, n they feel dat they hv learnt enough..come on..r they really dat niave or wat?? if everyone thinks de same way, den every ah mao ah gou can b an accountant or any professional liao..n to think they r totally clueless abt how an audit shld b carried out when they 1st started out..

all r bastards..idiots..if they really wanna resign, y dun they do so last yr? becoz they all wanna get their 13th mth bonus be4 sayin byebye..i never understand y my dad was so angry over his staff resignin last time when i was younger..i mean, pple come pple go mah..if they resigh den employ new pple lor..but i finally understand since i've been workin in de office fulltime for more den half a yr le..in our field, our peak season is from late jan all de way to mid aug or so..n to think dat de ingrate idiots choose to resign @ dis time..i even if we manage to employ sufficient pple they still need to b train n time to familiarise themselves wif de audit process..it's not as easy as it seems..i koe it because i've 1st hand experience..haizz....

there's no longer time for me to indulge myself in my own world le..hv to face de harsh & stressful workin world le..how i envy my frenz who r still doin fulltime schooling..how i wish i can turn back time n to go thru sch life again..haiz....

it's goin to b a damn stressful yr for me..n it doesn't help dat i'll b tkin my final stage of ACCA dis yr..no time to play le..sianz ah!!!
